RETURN POLICY

  • Returns will be refunded and issued in the form of store credit.
  • We must receive your return within 15 days of your order/purchase date for it to be eligible for store credit
  • We must receive your exchange within 15 days of your order/purchase date for it to be eligible for an exchange. 
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • All sales are final.

Exchanges must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the item you wish to return. 

EXCHANGES 

If you wish to exchange your item for another size or style, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect, and approve your item—ensuring it is in the condition in which you received it—we will issue you store credit via an e-gift card. You may then place an order using your store credit.

Customer is responsible for return shipping, MILENA does not provide return labels. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS 

All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving item/s. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit. Email us at info@shopmilena.com with a photo of the damaged item.

Expect an emailed e-gift card within 3 business days of the delivery of your return.

CAN I MAKE A RETURN PAST THE 15 DAY PERIOD FOR STORE CREDIT?

No.
